For an SPV plant to perform, the mounting structure has to be right — it is the steel that gives the structure its strength and stability, and it has to withstand weather, wear and tear.

The conventional view is that more steel means a stronger structure. We take a different view: it is the design and the steel together that give strength. We design and customise structures using less steel and more design intent, increasing the strength of the overall system.

Ground-mounted solutions

1. MS sections, rolled sections and other sections available
2. Hot-dip galvanised, above 100 micron
3. All structures as per IS and IEC
4. Wind loading of structure above 180 kmph

We design each structure around the site, accounting for wind pressure, g-force on every part of the structure due to height and load ratio — minimising weight to save a substantial amount of the customer’s cost. Every fixing accessory is customised to the site so installation is quick, and regular structures for smaller plants are kept in stock so we can serve customers without delay.
